Financial Agreement Policy

Effective January 1, 2022

In an effort to remain transparent in providing you with the best care and services possible – we are implementing the following changes to our Office Policy and Procedure Agreement.

1.      Any No-Call/No-Show appointments may be subject to an administrative fee.
   $15 for any missed adjustment appointment
   $50 for any missed massage appointment

2.      Any late payments may be subject to a $30 administrative fee.
